Do you find that you’re tired a good deal of the time, or even ALL the time?
Are you wondering what you can do to get more energy so that you can stay alert throughout the day AND get more done?
Well fear not, you are in the right place.
Because today we are going to be covering how to stop being tired all the time with 3 simple steps you can start following today.
Step 1: Hydrate!
I know it might sound silly to have to say this, but you’d be surprised how many people are not getting enough water on daily basis.
Health experts and science (SCIENCE FOLKS!) say that we need about 3 liters of water per day.
If you don’t believe me you can check out what Mayo Clinic has to say about it.
Are YOU getting 3 liters a day?
If you’re NOT making it a point to get yourself 3 liters of water a day, you’re probably drinking all kinds of other stuff like coffee, soda, juice, tea, etc instead.
So if your body needs water and you’re not giving it enough water, AND you are giving it stuff that is designed to RID your body of water at the same time…..
NO WONDER YOU’RE TIRED ALL THE TIME!!!!
It’s time to HYDRATE ladies and gentlemen!
And I know, water doesn’t taste THAT great.
But if you were to get yourself a 1 liter water bottle to take with you wherever you go and simply remember to fill that up 3 times a day and just kind of slam that water down, you’ll be AMAZED at how better you feel just from that.
And if you can’t stand the taste you can always get some natural flavoring like lemon or grape to make it taste a bit better.
(Although if you’re drinking fresh water it shouldn’t really be a problem anyway.)
Then you’ll start to wonder to yourself, what in the world have I been doing not giving my body enough water every day?
Would your car be able to get by without gas?
So step 1 is definitely to start drinking more water and really get your system HYDRATED.
Step 2: Exercise! (Just a Little….)
This is another step that might seem overly obvious, but again, how many of us don’t exercise and then wonder why we don’t have any energy?
Now, please understand, I’m not saying you’ve got to get on down to Gold’s Gym and get a platinum membership and a personal trainer and all that jazz.
I’m not even saying that you’ve got to get one of those at home insanity work out programs like T25 or something similar.
All I’m saying is just to spend a little time daily doing something simple, even just walking.
If you took just 15-30 minutes a day and just went out and walked a bit, you’d be amazed at how such a simple, quick process could make you feel so good.
Even if you’re just walking you are getting your heart working just a bit harder.
You are getting nice fresh air circulating into your lungs and getting your blood moving a bit quicker which can make all the difference in the world for your health.
Don’t underestimate the power of walking.
Walking is also great for your brain and your emotional state and to get yourself a bit more grounded for the day.
It’s a great habit to start doing in the beginning of the day before things get rolling.
And if you want to go that extra mile, you can add a bit of a morning walk to your day and then exercise more intensely later on in the day.
This way you are getting a great start to your day, and if you were to miss your more in depth exercise routine, at least you will have gotten some walking in for the day.
Step 3: Try Conserving Your Sexual Energies
I kind of threw you a curve ball for that last step.
But I have to say when I did an experiment and went without any kind of orgasmic release for 30 days for whatever reason the amount of energy I had SKYrocketed!
If you are familiar with places like nofap or these places where they stress getting your sexual health back in balance, what I just described is merely one of the benefits A LOT of people say they experience.
To be honest even after a week I feel more energy in the center of my body and being and after two weeks it feels like it just keeps building.
I feel more focused and clear as well.
I don’t have the exact explanation for why this is, but I CAN say that for whatever reason conserving my sexual energies gives me CRAZY amounts of energy.
And of course when this kind of energy builds up, this is where people usually have sex or some other sexual release.
But if you were to take that energy you have and put into other areas like business or the arts…..you know some creative endeavor you’d be amazed what you can accomplish as well as how much more you can do.
Crazy, I know!
But give it a shot.
Even if it’s only for two weeks or so.
You may not experience ‘super powers’ like so many claim to from doing this kind of thing.
But I would be willing to put money on the fact that you WILL experience some positive benefits and very possibly an energy boost while you’re at it.
Summing it Up
So you got all that?
3 simple steps to give you a boost in your energy so you’re not tired all the time:
- Hydrate with at least 3 liters of water per day
- Do simple yet regular exercising (even if it’s just walking for 15-30 minutes per day)C
- And experiment with conserving your sexual energy for certain segments of time
I’ve actually experimented with these areas myself and I’m always amazed at how much BETTER I feel after doing just a few basic, simple tweaks in my daily routine and life.
So give it a shot!
You’re already low on energy, so you’ve only got energy to GAIN!
Over to you – have you experimented with these steps above?
What are the results you’ve gotten?
Have you experimented with other methods or have some other advice for the readers?
